The Half convEGGtor Stone semicircular baking stone is made from Big Green Egg ceramics. It is used as an intermediate layer with the convEGGtor basket for cooking with direct and indirect heat at the same time, or as a heat shield when two stones are placed side by side.

The stones can create an indirect cooking zone and provide a larger cooking surface. They are suitable for cooking large quantities at low temperatures, such as chicken wings, as well as for two-zone cooking with direct and indirect heat.

With the 5-Piece EGGspander Kit, only one semicircular baking stone fits on the middle level.
