The Forensics Detectors FD-D001 standalone carbon monoxide detector displays CO concentrations from 10 ppm and triggers an alarm at 25 ppm within 1 minute, or immediately at concentrations above 50 ppm. Its monochrome, backlit LCD is complemented by an LED alarm, buzzer and vibration alert.

It can be placed on a table without fastening or mounted on a wall using the included screws and wall plugs. It runs on a sealed 3 V DC lithium battery and has a sensor life of 7 years.
