The Pedag Fitness orthopaedic insoles adapt to the shape of the foot and absorb shocks while walking and exercising. Their cotton-fibre surface absorbs perspiration, while the latex layer on the underside forms an anatomical cavity for a better fit. The intermediate latex layer with activated carbon helps reduce odours inside the shoe.

They support the transverse, medial longitudinal and lateral longitudinal arches, while the heel pad reduces impact when walking. Use them with the fibre side facing up, and remove them from the shoes regularly to dry in the shade. Made in Germany.
