The Homla Andreas cast iron frying pan has an enamel-coated interior and a diameter of 26 cm. Cast iron distributes heat evenly and retains it, while the enamel coating protects it from rust. Suitable for all stovetops and for oven use up to 220°C.

It has a long handle and a second, short handle for easier transfer from the oven. It can be used for meat, fish, eggs, omelettes and vegetables, as well as for dishes that start on the stovetop and finish in the oven, or for cakes and tarts. Before first use, wash and dry thoroughly, then lightly coat the interior with cooking oil; it is recommended to let the pan cool before washing.
