The TCS4AC-015 digital cooking thermometer with probe automatically connects to the BBiQ app, which lets you monitor the temperature of both the food and the oven. Up to four probes can be connected to the app.
Before each use, place the probe in the charging base for at least 2 minutes. Insert it up to the safety notch, and do not expose it to temperatures above 276 °C. Clean it with soap and water or on the top rack of the dishwasher.
