The base station siren emits a sound of 100 dB, while each connected smoke detector emits a sound of 85 dB. The alarm can be silenced via the app or base station, and tested via the app.

The X-Sense Home Security app lets you monitor the system remotely and receive an alert when the danger has passed. Up to 12 family members can control the device, receive alerts, test or silence devices, and check the alarm status. The base station connects to Wi-Fi at the touch of a button and supports 2.4 GHz networks, but not 5 GHz.
