Suitable for use in the oven and on the hob. To bake bread, preheat the dish with the lid on and place the dough on baking paper. Bake covered at first, then uncovered until the crust is golden brown. Once cool, wash by hand with a soft sponge. Avoid sudden temperature changes and sharp metal utensils.
