Dulux Trade Mouldshield Fungicidal Matt is a water-based acrylic emulsion paint for interior walls and ceilings. It contains a broad-spectrum fungicide that inhibits the growth of fungi and mould on the surface. It has a matt finish and is based on an acrylic copolymer emulsion. The formula has low VOC emissions, up to 15 g/l.
Apply with a brush or roller; do not spray. The surface must be sound, clean and dry. Thin with water at up to 1:5 to seal new or bare surfaces, or up to 1:10 for normal use. Two coats are usually required, although one may be sufficient on previously painted surfaces in good condition and a similar shade. Recoat after 2–4 hours; allow longer in cold or damp conditions.
