Vivechrom Aquaxyl wood preservative penetrates the wood and forms a thin, flexible, water-repellent film that enhances the grain while allowing the wood to breathe. Its water-based formula is reinforced with polyurethane, and its matte finish has a chestnut shade. It is intended for new or unpainted wooden surfaces, indoors and outdoors.
Apply with a brush in 1–2 coats to a clean, dry and sanded surface. It is touch-dry in 1 hour and can be recoated after 3 hours. The final shade depends on the wood’s natural colour and absorbency, as well as the number of coats applied.
