Dulux Trade Ultra Grip Primer activator is component B of a two-component, water-based epoxy primer for difficult, smooth surfaces. Add the entire contents to the 0.8 L base at a 4:1 ratio by volume. Use the mixture within 2 hours at 20 °C. The prepared primer can be applied to glass, aluminium and metal, as well as glossy wall tiles and laminate.
The mixture is suitable for interior and exterior use and can be overcoated with water- or solvent-based paints. Apply one coat with a brush or short-pile roller at a temperature of 8–30 °C. It can be diluted with up to 10% clean water. It is touch-dry in 4–6 hours at 20 °C, and the topcoat can be applied from 16 hours to 7 days later. The mixture covers up to 10 m²/L and has a VOC content of up to 2 g/L.
