Vitex Hypoxy epoxy primer is a water-based, two-component primer that adheres to glossy and smooth, non-absorbent surfaces, terrazzo, old waterproofing layers, and concrete. It is intended for horizontal surfaces and is transparent. Once the components have been mixed, it is ready to use without thinning.
For application, mix components A and B in a 3:1 ratio by volume. The surface must be clean, dry, and smooth, free of dust and oil, and sanded with sandpaper. Apply one coat of primer using a roller, brush, or spray gun.
