The OHTO CR02 rollerball pen has an aluminium body and cap, with gold-coloured metal fittings made of brass and steel. The 0.5 mm silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic ballpoint and Non-Dry system help prevent the tip from drying out when the pen is left uncapped.

The C-305 refill is replaceable. The pen is made in Japan.
