Designed for installation on the main cold-water supply, the Aqua Filter dual water filter system combines two treatment stages: ion-exchange resin to reduce water hardness and compact activated carbon to reduce chlorine and organic compounds. The Big Blue 20″ × 4.5″ filters are housed in a metal filter housing, while pressure gauges allow you to monitor the pressure before and after the filters.

The Carbon Block filter has a nominal filtration rating of 5 microns and helps reduce unwanted tastes and odors, volatile organic compounds, and suspended particles. The system includes a replacement water-softening filter and a replacement activated-carbon filter.
