The Aqua Filter BB103PS5KDFBLP water filtration system treats mains water in three consecutive stages: mechanical filtration, activated carbon with KDF, and a final Carbon Block filter. The filters help reduce suspended particles, chlorine, organic compounds, iron, hydrogen sulfide, and selected heavy metals, as well as unwanted taste and odour.

The triple Big Blue filter housing has a metal mounting bracket, two pressure gauges to monitor pressure before and after the filters, and pressure-relief valves. The system is intended for cold water and is not a water softener or a microbiological disinfection system.
