The Aqua Filter BBF102PS20ST replacement water filter combines 20 μm mechanical filtration with ion-exchange resin to reduce water hardness. The polypropylene traps dirt, sand, sediment, rust, and other suspended solids, while the resin reduces calcium and magnesium ions and helps limit limescale buildup.

The filter fits a Big Blue 10″ × 4.5″ filter housing and is designed for cold water at temperatures of 2–40 °C. After installation, run water through the filter until it runs clear, flushing at least 2–5 liters initially.
