Although it is relatively slow in data transfer (I bought it for music. I have it in my car), I believe it is practical due to its size and worth the purchase.

In the money I had bought it for (~40€), it's not worth it. At the price it has reached now, it is ideal. However, you need to know beforehand that it is quite slow in data transfer. For the use I wanted it for, it didn't bother me, so I focused on the positives such as the build quality, the shape and size that make it ideal to fit on a keychain, and its durability even in water. Definitely, you should put it on a keychain, because losing an object of its size is a matter of hours.

Old but very very slow to the point that the PC freezes for several seconds and you're afraid it's burnt. However, it can handle it but it requires patience. It's good as a backup for keys. Not suitable for frequent transfers!

Attention! It is USB 3.1 gen 1, which means USB 3.0. No difference. The data traveler SE9 G2 is slightly faster, but it has double the size. Very good build quality, although I don't like that the metallic matte finish wears off after many inputs and outputs in USB ports. It doesn't overheat easily. And to those who don't prefer metallic USBs because they heat up easily, they are mistaken. The metal, unlike plastic, helps distribute the heat and remove it from the USB circuit.

It burned and quite quickly. In about 1 year. I always disconnected it properly (right-click device disconnect), so that it wouldn't be forgotten during a read or write operation while pulling it out. Now, simply put, no computer recognizes it.

Fast, beautiful, reliable! I have it for almost a year. It is permanently connected to the PC for file backup and it works perfectly.

I bought the USB for easy use but it doesn't help me at all, meaning it opens on one computer and doesn't open on another, so I can't do the tasks I want!

I bought the flash drive a few days ago with the intention of using it as a backup for important files, as it seemed quite cheap and had a large capacity.

Its size is dangerously small, so it requires caution as it can be easily lost.

What concerned me was the read and write speed, so I ran some tests to see if the usb3.1 actually makes a difference and how accurate the information on http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/DTMC3_us.pdf was. It was not accurate.

The measured write speed ranged from 13 to 20 MByte/sec for files of various sizes (80 - 800 MB). While the corresponding read speed for the above files was consistently at 44 MByte/sec.

It should also be noted that it heats up quite a bit during mass copying.

Overall, I am satisfied with the combination of price, capacity, and performance.

    * The above tests were conducted on a Linux laptop.

    *** UPDATE ***

It is indeed excessively small. I had lost it for a week. I recommend attaching it to keys.

Not at all stable in its performance, many times behaves worse than USB 2.0.
