Artesania Agricola’s Liquen Plantis tincture contains Iceland moss (Cetraria islandica L.) and supports the normal condition of the respiratory and immune systems, as well as the normal function of the gastrointestinal system. Its mucilaginous consistency has a soothing and expectorant effect and is used for coughs; it is also reported to be used for ulcers and diarrhoea.
The daily dose is 10–15 drops, diluted in a glass of water, as needed. Shake well before use and do not take undiluted. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose or use this product as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Store in a cool, dry place, away from children and direct sunlight.
