The Blackroll medical neck pillow has an anatomical shape and a core made of elastic memory foam that adapts to pressure and returns to its original shape when the pressure is removed. The foam layers allow the height to be adjusted in four configurations: 6, 8, 11 and 13 cm. Its ergonomic surface is designed to support the head and neck.

It features an inner FlexFit cover for positioning and organising the layers, as well as a removable pillowcase made of 60% PET polyester and 40% viscose. The pillowcase is machine washable at 40°C, while the foam core is not washable.
