The OMM MAT-221-COF yoga mat combines a smooth polyurethane (PU) surface with a natural rubber base for a secure grip on the floor and traction for your hands and feet. It has an oval shape with symmetrically rounded edges and a laser-engraved logo. It is suitable for Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa Flow, hot yoga, power yoga, Pilates and intensive functional training.
At 4 mm thick, it provides stable support for balance exercises and cushioning for your joints. To care for it, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid cleaners containing alcohol or oil, and allow it to dry completely before rolling it up with the PU surface facing out.
