Giolli decorative effect paint creates the look of aged, rusted metal on walls and other dry, clean surfaces. It has a matte finish and can be applied with a brush, spatula, or roller. Apply two coats to new surfaces. To develop the effect, apply rust activator to the second coat as it approaches drying, then stop the oxidation with the protective topcoat.
