Batom Cistus organic herb consists of cut rockrose leaves (Cistus incanus), traditionally used to make an infusion in Mediterranean countries. The drink has a mild, slightly astringent taste and contains no additives or flavourings. The herb comes from Albania.
To prepare, add 1 teaspoon (2 g) of herb to 200 ml of water at 90°C and leave to steep for approximately 8 minutes. It is recommended to drink the freshly prepared infusion three times a day, using a total of 6 g of herb per day. The infusion can also be served cold. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult a doctor before use. This product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, and the recommended daily amount should not be exceeded. May contain traces of gluten-containing cereals, nuts and sesame.
