It contains 49 g of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) per 100 ml, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Use only cold, in salads, dips, sauces, spreads or prepared porridge, as it should not be heated.
Suitable for a vegan diet and gluten-free. Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigeration is recommended. Natural sediment or suspended particles may form at the bottom of the bottle.
