Beutelsbacher apple cider vinegar is made from organic apple juice, not concentrate, and comes from biodynamically grown apples certified by Demeter. It is unfiltered, has an acidity of 5%, and retains its fruity aroma and natural vinegar “mother”. It has a slightly cloudy appearance, and natural sediment may form.
Use it in salad dressings, for marinating, and for preserving vegetables, fish, meat and pears. For a refreshing drink, mix one teaspoon with a glass of water and honey. Shake before opening and store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
