The Jade Organic Cotton Mysore yoga mat is handmade in India from 100% certified organic cotton. It is dyed with natural plant-based dyes, such as indigo, turmeric and cumin, and woven on a traditional loom.
This lightweight mat is suitable for traditional yoga, Ashtanga, meditation and breathing exercises, as well as for outdoor use at places such as the beach and park. Hand wash or machine wash in cold water, separately from garments of other colours, and air dry. Use with a non-slip mat underneath on slippery surfaces.
