The Jade Organic Cotton Mysore yoga mat is handwoven in India from certified organic cotton and dyed with natural plant-based dyes, such as Indian indigo, turmeric and cumin. It is suitable for traditional yoga, Ashtanga, meditation and breathing exercises, as well as outdoor use. Its lightweight construction makes it easy to carry and roll up.
Hand-wash or machine-wash in cold water, separately from garments of other colors, and air-dry. Use with a non-slip mat underneath on slippery surfaces.
