The Raspberry Pi SC0894 camera module incorporates a Sony IMX708 sensor and phase-detection autofocus. The NoIR version is sensitive to infrared light and has a standard 76° field of view.
The module includes EEPROM memory for storing camera data and operates at temperatures from 0 °C to 50 °C.
