The Knipex 64 12 115 ESD wire cutter is designed for precision work in electronics and precision engineering. Its antistatic, dissipative handle helps discharge static electricity. It features a precision box joint and a low-friction double spring for smooth opening.
The head is made of forged, oil-hardened tool steel. The cutting edges have a hardness of 56 HRC and are suitable for hard wire up to 0.5 mm, medium wire up to 0.8 mm, and soft wire up to 2 mm. The mirror polish, combined with a thin layer of oil, protects against rust, while the handles feature a two-colour multi-component coating.
