Description

Speed rope from Picsil, suitable for both simple and dynamic training. It is ideal for warm-up and essential accessory for activities such as Crossfit, Boxing, MMA, and aerobic training. You can perform a wide variety of exercises, from the classic jump rope exercise to double and triple unders. Suitable for quickly increasing heart rate and burning calories during high-intensity workouts. It tones the muscles of the legs, glutes, shoulders, and core, while also improving your coordination. Its small size makes it easy to carry and can be used anywhere.

It features ball bearings for fast and smooth rotations, without friction and tangling like typical fitness ropes. This makes it ideal for intense workouts where you will need high rotational speed.

The additional weight on the handles makes your workout even more intense, so that you can have more immediate results from your exercise. Weighted ropes are excellent for those who want more speed, strength, and endurance. They are not for beginners as they require a repertoire of movements and previous experience to fully exploit what they can offer. The rope is made of wire rope with a soft PVC coating for better weight feel, durability, and faster rotation speed. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
