    1) Because the mechanism, although Seiko, is made in Singapore and not in Japan, which plays a role for automatic mechanism enthusiasts, and
    2) Because it is only automatic and not hand-wound. Natural for its price, of course, but the feel of the automatic with the movement is lacking. It should also be hand-wound from the crown. This way, you lose the sense of liveliness of the automatic-mechanical watch…
