The product I received was expiring in 3 days... it had a yellowish color and smelled quite a bit... I just threw it away. In retail at pharmacies, it is €3 more expensive than what I bought it for, so...

It helps me a lot with constipation during my pregnancy but also before. I don't know how I will stop it.

I had taken dufalac but it contains lactose and it knocked me out.

Very good. The right way is a little every day, instead of a lot every 2-3 days, at least for my mother, that's how her bowel was activated. Now I give her 1/2 or 1/3 per day but daily with 300ml of water each time, I think dissolving it in plenty of water is equally important.

the liquid has a caustic taste and can only be drunk with juice, the sachets that have it in powder form have a much milder taste and I used to dissolve it in milk to drink it. I recommend the powder and not the liquid, although both work and in fact the liquid works a little more.

I bought it on the first day and it actually worked in 8 hours, the next day I intentionally didn't take it, I took it the day after and nothing, again the next day I took 40ml and still nothing from the toilet!
In between, after seeing that it wasn't doing anything, I ate soft figs, strawberry jam (because it has the seeds), whole wheat toast, drank a lot of water and still it didn't help me at all.
I wasted my money, if it only works for one day then...

To me it requires the maximum amount so it's only for 6-8 days, so it's not economical at all. Why is the taste so bad and acidic? It definitely needs to be mixed with water or juice but still...
