This book addresses: the axiomatic foundation of real numbers (the basic concepts of supremum and infimum of sets of real numbers are examined in detail), sequences of real numbers, series of real numbers, the limit of real functions, the continuity of real functions, and the derivative of real functions.

It contains methodically solved exercises with the main aim of helping the student fully understand the basic concepts of Calculus. The exercises vary in difficulty, some are simple applications of formulas and theorems, some are computational, and others are more complex and theoretical.
