From a technical standpoint, the headphones are very good. They isolate ambient sounds perfectly, the sound is loud and clear while the bass is exactly where it should be. However, they have a major downside that you wouldn't expect from Marshall. The headphones rotate backwards and the only thing holding them is this thin cable. What does this mean? After 1 year, the nice sounds started to cut out occasionally from the left headphone. 1 year with relatively few movements.

Conclusion: If someone takes care of them like their own eyes, it's worth getting them. Very good

Wonderful and very high-quality Marshall headphones. Good sound, satisfactory bass. The only downside is that they press after a little while of use and are not comfortable. Overall, however, they are definitely worth the purchase.

One of the best headphones in their category. Especially at the sale price, you won't find anything better. Rich bass, wide dynamic range, and a lightweight construction that doesn't tire you out.
I would recommend the Bluetooth ones for something more, but I don't like the idea of charging them over and over again.

Very good deep clear sound, for rock metal and classical music it is just right. The only issue is that after an hour it feels like you have undergone torture, as if someone was pushing your head left and right. For the money, five stars.

For the price of €49, they have decent sound but mediocre bass.
Quality construction in general and nice design.
If they had better bass, they would definitely deserve the 5 stars.
But for €50 overall, they are worth the purchase.

Very good headphones, given the money they cost. The only drawback they have is that they squeeze the head a lot and become tiring after a while of use. I tried to "loosen" them with my hands with little result. Maybe with use they will become more comfortable.

Update: Today 26-4-20 I change the rating to 3 stars. After almost 1.5 years of use, the left headphone gave up and makes them useless. I also change the "build quality" to "So-so". The same goes for "Are they worth the money". They turned out to be quite tiring to use. Probably disappointed with their purchase.

  • Many + and - but generally they are worth the money even now. If you are into rock and metal, classical music and on a budget, get them with your eyes closed, they are generally durable, I just fell asleep with them and they broke over time, not completely. Over time they become comfortable. If there weren't more expensive headphones, I would describe them as legendary

Marshall is generally known for the sound systems it produces and certainly does not disappoint its consumers in the headphone sector. The Major 2, although they are now approaching 3 years in the market, deliver a mid-premium sound as their hifi technology is flawless with no distortion in the sound. The bass is relatively strong—it also depends on the music that most people listen to—the vocals are balanced and the quality is impeccable. The construction is sturdy, although at first glance it may seem unreliable. The look of the headphones is what makes the difference, mainly because the leather headband is comfortable like a cushion, as are the ear cups. Yes, the logo is gold. It is a very good price (I got them for €48), mainly because the jack is detachable and compared to competing models, like Sony at the same price, they deliver a much higher quality sound.

These specific headphones are value for money!! The build quality is impeccable, crystal clear and powerful sound, strong bass, and amazing sound isolation. Especially those who use public transport like OASTH etc. will love them. They are a bit uncomfortable after prolonged use but over time they loosen up and you get used to them. I highly recommend them!!

It could easily have 5 stars, but it seems I got a defective one... after 4 months of use, the left earbud broke; the cable connection wasn't good because when it moved, the sound would cut out, resulting in the sound from the left earbud sometimes disappearing during head movements.

  • They are perfect, I have been using them for almost 6 months, very good sound, both in bass and in mid. I have tried to play everything. Never ever have they gotten clogged, at any volume, and thus they give us an excellent sound even at high volume. The cable is super durable, it contains a button and a microphone which records impressively well... And generally, if someone wants headphones for every use, based on the price, durability, sound, and overall characteristics, I undoubtedly believe that they are ideal for everyone and for every kind of use

Guys, the headphones are worth 100% of their price!! The sound is excellent, very clear, and with nice bass without being muffled. The design is simply amazing; you can fold them and even put them in a jacket pocket, and most importantly, they don't stand out when you wear them in outdoor spaces (metro, bus). I highly recommend them!!

At first, they are very tight and it's honestly unbearable. However, after a few days, they loosen up.
The bass and sound quality are on another level, as expected.

Tip: At night, put them to open with books or some box to make them more comfortable faster.

I have had them since 2015. Suddenly, just before they reached three years, the thin plastics that hold the cushions broke by themselves and they are for throwing away. It is true what everyone says that your ears hurt after a while because they are very tight. Also, they have excessive bass.
Let's not get confused with the name Marshall and the iconic guitar amplifiers. Here we are talking about a cheap hipster construction. A bit of a vintage look, a bit of excessive bass to impress the clueless, and generally low quality.

The best in their price range (€45.00). Lightweight, beautiful, compact, with no significant pressure on the ears even when wearing glasses. The sound is simply fantastic. The bass is just right, according to my own tastes. I was concerned about the cable, but in the end, the spiral doesn't bother at all. The hands-free button works very well for play/pause/next, etc., and calls have very good acoustics. At normal volume, they do not provide complete isolation from external sounds, which is good when you are out on the streets. In summary, the absolute value for money at this moment.

Nice and "cool" headphones, with good sound, just a bit less bass than it should be or I understand.
Very convenient for transport - they fold quite a bit - the cable sticking out annoys me, I think I will cut it a little sometime, you can wear them for a long time. Unless your ear sweats from the plastic, now in the summer.
They don't cover the whole ear, so you hear sounds from outside. Very low though.

  • They are stylish and their black color (I bought them in black, they also come in other colors) matches perfectly with the company's logo. The cable is very practical and the microphone works flawlessly. A small issue will be noticed by those who wear glasses along with the headphones for a long time.

I got the headphones 3 days ago, so I have a small impression which is very positive and I really didn't expect it, besides the fact that they are very beautiful and small. They are very convenient and you can't hear anything from outside. With a small impression, I recommend them without reservation

I bought them so that the noise pollution of downtown Thessaloniki doesn't bother me. I can say that when I ride the crappy buses and walk on the sidewalks full of potholes, the Marshall Major 2 have left me completely satisfied, as they allow me to forget everything with the music. The sound isolation is very good, although the ear pads hurt a bit after a few hours of use. They play almost all genres of music nicely, but they struggle with extremely high frequencies. They are worth the money.

Beautiful headphones with very strong bass (See the video: https://youtu.be/pGYlblTrJRA). Very lightweight with good build quality and excellent sound quality. They are not over-ear headphones, but if you turn them up a bit, you don't hear any background noise at all.

I've had them for about three weeks, they are very good with perfect sound, satisfactory bass, excessively good sound isolation even at low volumes, and quite comfortable. The first few days they are somewhat tiring, but after a while, they become very convenient

The headphones have perfect sound, strong bass. The only negative I could find is that after several hours of use, your ears hurt. Other than that, they are very fvm!

They are very good headphones, perhaps the best in the €50-60 range. The only thing that bothers me is that after a while they tire the ears and cause a little pain. Other than that, everything is perfect!!

  • From a technical standpoint, the headphones are very good.

Very good

  • Wonderful and very high-quality Marshall headphones. Good sound, satisfactory bass. The only downside is that they press after a little while of use and are not comfortable. Overall, however, they are definitely worth the purchase.

  • One of the best headphones in their category. Especially at the sale price, you won't find anything better. Rich bass, wide dynamic range, and a lightweight construction that doesn't tire you out.
I would recommend the Bluetooth ones for something more, but I don't like the idea of charging them over and over again.

  • Very good deep clear sound, for rock metal and classical music it is just right. The only issue is that after an hour it feels like you have undergone torture, as if someone was pushing your head left and right. For the money, five stars.

  • For the price of €49, they have decent sound but mediocre bass.
Quality construction in general and nice design.
If they had better bass, they would definitely deserve the 5 stars.
But for €50 overall, they are worth the purchase.
