It is good and soothes the eyes due to the lubricant it contains. However, there are times when it slightly blurs vision. Fortunately, not for long.

Personally, it took me a little time to get used to the packaging; otherwise, it’s an okay product. I’ve also used another one whose results were better for me.

After the eye surgery for myopia, I have preferred this particular one quite a lot for the relief of dry eyes.

They moisturize quite well and I was satisfied. They do not cloud the eye. However, some care is needed when using the device as sometimes the mechanism is stiff, making it difficult to find the target easily.

I have glaucoma. I have also had early surgery for cataracts for future glaucoma surgery. I regularly use eye drops for eye pressure due to glaucoma. These specific drops are the only ones that relieve my eyes from dryness and whatever else the eye drops cause by providing the proper lubrication.

It hydrates perfectly. I apply it at night before I sleep and if needed, once more during the day... I also apply it over my contact lenses and there is no issue at all!!

1 drop in my case did nothing, I put 5 in one and 5 in the other, I lie down for at least 10 minutes and I close my eyes tightly and squeeze them a little, to go everywhere.

I don't know if it's better than the natural tears in my case, I would suggest you try these as well, or in combination, I think the tears relieve me more but I'm not sure.

Excellent, it solved the dry eye issue we had been struggling with for quite some time and we have used almost all the other products on the market.
Note: it is recommended for severe dry eye and not for simple daily dryness.

While during application they provide me with an immediate sense of relief and hydration, some time later my eyes start to sting in an unnatural way. They cause me additional irritation that doesn't simply come from my dry eyes. I will leave 3 stars because it may just not be suitable for me. Now regarding the packaging, although it initially seems clever, in practice it doesn't press down so easily and ultimately you don't have control over the amount that comes out with each press.

The best of all the hylo at least for me. With years of dry eye, I have tried systane, thealoz, Alcon, bepanthane, and artelac, and the hylo gel is more effective. My second choice is artelac ectoin. Tip: put it in the fridge for more coolness!

Purchased upon the recommendation of an ophthalmologist.. the only thing that worked, especially after surgery. Due to the packaging, it can be used for up to 6 months after opening.

Fantastic drops! You can feel the difference from the first use. It feels like a gentle, cool liquid cushion embracing the eye. Besides that, they significantly relieve tired eyes, especially after prolonged use of computers or screens in general. They don't sting at all. The dosage of the bottle is fine, the Artelac Ectoine that I used before had a better system, but it's okay. A big plus is that they last for 6 months after the first opening. Having tried 4-5 different ones for severe dry eye, I will definitely buy them again. The price is okay, ideally it could have been a couple of euros cheaper.

High dryness and sensitivity .. the best drops! Feels the eye comfortable! You can use them as many times as you want! In addition, long lifespan and the content of the vial is not contaminated due to the patent on the container.. the best for the eye without preservatives!

I bought it upon the recommendation of the ophthalmologist. It's not watery to run from the eyes but a little more viscous and serves me better. I think it somehow relaxes the eye.

Good performance (maybe slightly better than the dual intense) and reasonable price.
The big negative is the bottle, which is very bulky and always leaves 1.5-2ml that the pump cannot draw, resulting in it being thrown away unless you open it and use a syringe to extract the remaining drops.

These drops saved me! My eyes developed a terrible dryness two years ago due to computer use and lack of sleep. I visited ophthalmologists and each time they gave me strong eye drops that would stop working when I stopped the treatment. I randomly found this and it works wonders and of course, it is safe for continuous use. When the eye starts to turn red, it immediately recovers with a few drops. Salvation!

It does what it promises, with regular use! It significantly reduces the dryness that appears after laser treatment. More cost-effective compared to similar hyaluronic eye drops.

I have had chronic dry eyes for years and have tried many eye drops. These are the best, they last longer and soothe irritation and redness.

Very good solution and recommended by a doctor for dry eyes due to Sjogren's or other conditions. Of course, I must admit that the lipo sic drops are much cooler and lubricate the eye much more! (Doctor's advice: if you need to use drops more than 3-4 times a day, don't use medicated drops but simple ones!)

I don't know if it does a particular job because I have only used it twice, but the packaging is really inconvenient. Supposedly, I switched to thealuz because I didn't like that packaging because it required a lot of pressure, but this one is worse. I have pressed the eye drops (it is pressed like a syringe) to put in two drops and they have spilled outside. I don't know where those who have used it find the ergonomics.

For me, who does not suffer from any form of dry eye or other condition and just wants something simple for hydration, it is very good. I bought it to replace thealoz duo and hyalovet that I have been using so far as a more economical solution. It's fine, I believe. I liked the hyalovet drops more, but the fact that they come in ampoules is tragic. Hylo Gel is much better in terms of its use with this specific bottle.

It may be expensive compared to other eye drops, but it's worth its money. It has helped me a lot with dry eyes due to prolonged use of a computer.

The negative aspect (perhaps) is that it leaves a heavy feeling in the eye at first because it is thick and a little bit expensive.
