    For maintaining breast firmness. As I mentioned, I used it once a year along with the tightening lotion, alternating between morning and evening. Previously, I used a cold shower on my chest to activate blood circulation, with a special device from Clarins that I brought from France, which I have never seen in Greece. Alternatively, someone can use the showerhead spiral and make circular movements, pouring cold water around the chest and neck. Intensive use is necessary, at least once a year. This particular product is ideal for diet periods. It is definitely suitable for small and medium-sized breasts.
