It has a unique taste, not bad but I drink it anyway so it doesn't bother me. Very effective with dosages quite high compared to other supplements in the same category.... Plus, it includes many vitamins from the B vitamin category.... Folic acid is great mainly for women's infertility... Maybe it will increase AMH by 1-1.5 units more (this is what I noticed in myself).. I am very satisfied and I won't change it.... Always take supplements with caution and breaks..
