Waste of money
It doesn't make coffee, not to mention froth, especially if you mix it as they say in the instructions. If you don't make the mistake and wash it, it's good for throwing away.

It makes very good coffee with a briki, as long as one follows the instructions faithfully. If one deviates from the instructions, the briki disappears. I have been using coffee ground for Moka until now. (Ground at 4).

Quality coffee, very good construction, it really solves your hands at home, work or on a trip... I had never had a similar experience and I am very satisfied! I use Lavazza Rossa coffee and I don't change it, of course tastes differ. I highly recommend it without hesitation!

If you follow the instructions and the coffee is moderately ground (note: I have a grinder), it makes an excellent crema

Many words are unnecessary!
Personally, I have been living in Italy for years and I also have an espresso machine. It is the best for someone who wants to drink traditional espresso. I bought it for the price of €59.90 and I do not regret it. I would buy it again. Its froth is perfect and personally, I use it more than the machine. Its construction is very good and with a little vinegar every now and then, it cleans very well and you will not have any problems with the valve.

I bought it from Italy for 25 euros! The coffee in the group needs to be pressed very lightly and, as it falls from the spoon, it makes a good crema. It is better for the water to be slightly less than the line! The difficult part is finding good quality coffee because with the VAT, they import the cheapest available!

To make a good Greek coffee, several factors need to be achieved:
1. The coffee blend should be 70% robusta.
2. The coffee should be ground neither too fine nor too coarse (it is better to grind the coffee beans on the spot, coffee grinders cost 20 euros).
3. Water (preferably lukewarm/cold, bottled/filtered) should be added as needed: up to the H2O line, maybe slightly less.
4. Use a gas stove, preferably with medium heat (the flame should barely touch the bottom of the pot).
5. Do not press the coffee grounds in the briki, it should be gently and frothily poured.
6. Remove from the heat immediately after it "bursts". You will hear it.
7. Never use soap for cleaning.
The statement that the price is a bit high in Greece is true.
The statement that an Italian knows something more about it because they have some connection to Italy is NOT true.

Excellent construction, that's true, but the "foam" it creates, on one hand, requires very precise proportions of water and coffee, and on the other hand, it disappears within seconds in the cup. So don't expect foam at the level of an espresso machine.
Also, although its construction is flawless, I don't think it's worth its money. As an Italian friend told me, "it's a clever idea by Bialetti for the foam, but it didn't work out for them. On one hand, the foam is not worth it, and on the other hand, after some time, it accumulates in the valve and may alter the taste of the coffee. With 3-10 euros, I can bring you a similar coffee maker from Italy without the problems." Now, I don't know the size of it or how accurate the 3-10 euros claim is, but I agree with the rest.

It is the best size for me, the 2-cup size. As for the quality, it is excellent. It makes a good mocha coffee, which is much better than various espressos I have had over time, and you can understand what blend you are drinking.
Update: After two years, it continues to be just as good as the first time. It has not shown any flaws or issues.

Update 1/7/2019: It continues to make good coffee without any issues. It is worth its 100% of the money.

27/3/2022: Since 2017, the coffee pot has been working properly. This is another proof of its quality.

16/2/2024: And it continues to make good coffee, I haven't even changed the gaskets (which cost 6 euros). No leaks.

It is the third one I buy for family and friends! The best Italian coffee maker and with a little help from someone who knows, it makes incredible coffee!
