100% Compatible memory with AMD 10-year-old computer. From 8GB total RAM, it was upgraded to 16GB with 2 memory modules of 8GB each. The old 4+4GB modules are no longer used due to only 2 slots on the motherboard. It has been rejuvenated for at least the next 3 years with simple usage without demanding tasks. (Note that 5 years ago, I had also replaced the HD with an SSD with satisfactory results.)

This review is about the modules: 2

They are very good for upgrading an AM3+ system from 8 to 16GB of RAM. With a good graphics card like the Sapphire RX 570 or MSI 570 4GB, you can play all games decently. The price is very good considering today's standards and it synced perfectly with the HyperX 2x4GB. Overall, it is a good upgrade for at least 5 years with an FX6300 processor and a decent cooler.
