It has adhesive only on one side, resulting in it folding all the time. It is also very thick. Not discreet at all. It absorbs satisfactorily but since it doesn't stay in place, what's the point. I buy from abroad, but they are very absorbent, thin, and discreet. Unfortunately, they are not sold here.

The absorbent microspheres come out of the pad, resulting in a risk of the baby eating them. It has happened to me many times with different boxes. Personally, I would not buy them again.

I remove one star (maybe two) because I really wonder who thought of putting a sticker. Obviously, it doesn't stick properly and it comes off when you take off the bra. They have absorbency, like the Philips ones that I have tried, and they stay in place better since they have two adhesive strips.

They have good absorbency but they do not stick well to the bra, causing them to come off. If they had adhesive on both halves (like patches from another brand), I believe they would be better.

While some of the boxes I ordered served me well as patches, they arrived with completely damaged patches inside. They looked cut and damaged from their production machine. There, you simply regret your money.

I bought Chicco patches thinking that it is a well-known and reliable company. The patches turned out to be not only problematic but also dangerous for our baby's health. The absorbent crystals that the patches have to absorb milk moisture came out of many patches, resulting in them sticking to the chest. Because they are microscopic, there is a risk of the baby swallowing them and coming into contact with substances that are highly dangerous for their body. Chicco did not assist us in replacing a product that costs less than 8 euros. They made us suffer in the search for the obvious. Avoid the product and keep your eyes open regarding patches for your baby's health.
