I am a child who grew up killing hordes of bloodthirsty zombies, playing all the titles in the Resident Evil series. Although the first games in the series offered impeccable horror scenes and great atmosphere, I understand the fact that it needed some kind of renewal. Now Resident Evil moves more as an adventure rather than a horror game. It no longer tries to scare you but to make you anxious about the next Boss you will encounter. It is very exaggerated in some points, but with nice controls and very good graphics. One problem I encountered in Single Player concerns the help from the second character, Sheva. In situations where two people are needed (such as some puzzles where one player runs and the other holds, for example, a door open), she seems to not know what to do and often does not offer any help. Co-op with two players thinking simultaneously is much better. Overall, a very nice game that does not reach the level of the older ones.
