This particular mask does not soften the hair like when you use a conditioner or another mask from the same company. Personally, that's why I like it so much. I have a lot of thick hair and with this product my hair doesn't feel heavy, while at the same time it feels soft and when I dry it, it doesn't get frizzy at all. It's my favorite mask!

Very good mask, effective, with a nice texture! 4 stars because it is quite expensive and difficult to repurchase. I have used it for over a year and a half and it helped a lot with my damaged hair from bleaching and styling! With the frequency I wash my hair and the amount I use (because this is relative for each person), it lasted me 6 months! I left it on for 15 minutes and my hair felt like silk.

I think that since I started using it, my hair is clearly much shinier and softer (in combination with other products) and it especially helps with my ends, which are usually drier. Overall, I will continue to use it and I believe it did the job for me

Tragic mask, I haven't tried anything worse. I didn't have very damaged hair and yet it completely dehydrated them, to such an extent that the hair was breaking and creating split ends. I should note that during the period I was using it, I didn't put any pressure or strain on my hair, and I had already trimmed split ends before starting to use it. In order to recover my hair from the deep dehydration caused by this mask, I obviously had to go to a hair salon and undergo several hyaluronic and lipid treatments.

I have damaged platinum hair from decoloration and I gave it a chance since it is a well-known and therefore expensive brand. The result is much lower than my expectations, during rinsing there is a slight feeling of softness, but as soon as they dry it feels like you've passed them through sandpaper. I would not buy it again, I believe there are much better options, and the fact that it smells nice does not cover me in any case.

You just need to know the needs of your hair and buy the corresponding products if you want to see results. Someone who uses products for damaged hair, for example, and their hair is normal, won't see a difference because the quality of their hair is already good, and it's like using just conditioner. We just sometimes exaggerate and choose products that are not suitable for our needs. Mask and shampoo from the same brand for better results.
