Duke Nukem Forever, Kick Ass Edition

I bought the Duke Nukem Forever, Kick Ass Edition for PC from a foreign store that closed down several years ago. This edition includes a code to make the heads of the enemies in the game grow or shrink.

The code is written on the leaflets inside the game's packaging. Its name is "Duke's Big Package". Of course, the functions unlocked by this code will be automatically unlocked when you finish Duke Nukem Forever on the medium difficulty level. But it's fun to have them available before you finish and while you play the game.

But here I have to tell you what the great advantage of this collector's edition is, which makes it worth every euro you spend on it! Inside the seemingly simple game case, you will find a large and high-quality 3D poster of the hero Duke Nukem. You will also find a pair of 3D glasses so you can see the poster in all its three-dimensional glory.

The poster, as I mentioned before, is of excellent quality and will surely impress you with the special glasses. However, note that these 3D glasses are not the regular type, meaning they do not go behind your ears. You simply hold them with your right hand and bring them close to your eyes.

It is also worth noting that this small collector's edition is more carefully designed internally as a plastic case compared to the classic plastic case, which is cheaper. It has designs of Duke Nukem and beautiful girls on the back where the disc goes. It is an excellent, high-quality, and well-crafted product. Therefore, I highly recommend Duke Nukem Forever, Kick Ass Edition to all fans of games with this classic hero. Enjoy it!

Is Duke Nukem Forever a good game after all? It is a fact that it has received tremendous criticism from the overwhelming majority of professional critics, unfairly so. DNF is a strong game, well-made, and with many beautiful touches. It is a fact that the creators worked very hard to produce this game. This is evident in many aspects, from the graphically detailed visuals to the long duration of the single player mode and the rich multiplayer, etc.

DNF is a game in which you will have the opportunity to do everything that most men and boys would love. It is a flexible, entertaining, and very rich game, and its beauty lies in its simplicity. DNF is not aimed at women. There are scenes that would bother and annoy most women, and certainly the more feminist ones.

If you missed the cult game Duke Nukem 3D, then with this title you will enjoy a similar experience as Forever is considered a continuation of 3D. Many things, such as some weapons, have been taken from that title. Despite the similarities between the two, DNF offers a unique experience that you won't find in any other modern shooter.

Duke Nukem Forever is not a game for everyone. It is rather aimed at nostalgic gamers in their thirties and forties, rather than younger ages. Personally, I believe that a young person or teenager who plays today's FPS games will have very little to no interest in this particular title, especially if they are not familiar with the hero Duke Nukem.

Note that DNF does not officially support Windows 8, at least not from the publisher 2K Games. However, it works fine on Windows 10, which is the most important thing.

If you are a die-hard fan of Duke Nukem and follow him faithfully in every adventure, you can purchase the Balls of Steel special edition. It comes in a large box and contains many goodies such as a statue of the hero and Duke Nukem comics, which will keep you occupied for a long time if you buy it.

I highly recommend Duke Nukem Forever to all the old friends of Duke Nukem and I believe it will impress them. If you belong to the younger generation who did not experience this hero, try it for a different taste of FPS and to see how shooters have evolved over the years.
