I chose this cream based on the comments here since I live on an island and there are no samples in our local pharmacies. On Saturday 11/01/19 when I received the cream, I applied it at night with a small amount of the pump. The texture of the cream sticks a little during application. I felt like something was pulling my skin, especially on my forehead. On Sunday morning and night, the same thing happened. On Monday, I noticed that the skin around my nose was particularly red and started peeling like when you get sunburned in the summer. On Tuesday morning, the peeling was still present and I did not apply it. However, on Wednesday morning, I skipped applying it, but tonight when I applied it, my entire face turned red. In fact, my husband thought I got burned. I looked in the mirror and indeed, my forehead, above my cheeks, and on the edge of my face were all red. I cleaned my face and applied natural aloe vera that I have from a plant and I felt that my skin was soothed and cooled down. In the morning, I will contact the company. I do not recommend it at all. I bought it for prevention even though I am 46 years old and do not have visible wrinkles. I hope the pharmacy where I bought it will accept the return of the product.

After contacting the company, I can say that they were very willing to assist me. I explained the problem to them in writing. The company's reaction truly left me speechless. They sent me two products to try. They sent two of each - the cream with vitamin E and a serum. I can say that after 3 days of using the moisturizing cream and 2 days of using the serum, there have been no issues with my skin. So, I was unlucky with the Face Peptide. Therefore, I recommend trying samples first. For the company's service, I give 5 stars.
