The shampoo does what it promises. I had quite a bit of dandruff in the parting area and after 2 uses the condition improved quite satisfactorily.... although it did dry my hair somewhat, but that varies from person to person. Now I use it once a week and the progress continues! I recommend it!

Finally I found a product for seborrheic dermatitis that does its job and at the same time doesn’t smell like aerosol! My recurring problem is on the scalp at the very front and on the temples! I use it about 2 times a week for maintenance and if for some reason I forget and it comes back, I use it daily and in 3-4 days max the irritation, itching, and redness have disappeared! And all this at a pretty good price compared to other “more medicinal” products. Try it and I believe it will help you a lot!

It is a treatment and has instructions, four weeks of use!!
Obviously, extended use will cause problems.

This is a very good shampoo, it helps a lot with dandruff. I have used it for prevention several times. I have tried different shampoos and brands for dandruff, but only this shampoo has helped me get rid of it.

I have always washed my hair once a week, it never got oily, never smelled, it was always just fine. Unfortunately, it didn't suit me at all. It didn't help me with seborrhea nor with hair loss, but other products suited me better.
I can't say "I recommend it" or "I don't recommend it." With this condition, you have to find the product that suits you.

Having switched from Kelual DS, the difference is noticeable! Completely clean scalp, no flakes, no itching, no redness, no irritation. Obviously, due to its composition, the scalp becomes a bit stiff but it will need to be combined with a conditioner.

As for the scent, the first product I got was fine, it had that medicinal smell but it was unnoticeable. When it ran out and I bought it again, this time it had a strong, annoying scent, not only for me but others noticed it too, so I threw it away. I decided to give it another chance and the third bottle was fine like the first one, so probably the strong scent is characteristic of some batch(es)

It does an amazing job as long as you leave it for 4-5 minutes! 1 hand regular shampoo, 2nd hand this specific one, and 3 regular conditioner.

I don't want to give it one star and ruin its rating because it is a product that helps people... however, guys, I can't stand the smell at all... and I don't generally consider myself a strange person when it comes to smells... but this smell, for some reason, is one of the worst smells I've ever encountered in my life... I have a big issue with my hair as well, and despite that, I can't stand it AT ALL in case it helps me like it does for many others. I tried it 5-6 times. :(
