    Our cat, after 2 years of almost daily diet with 1 portion of dry food and 1 portion of wet food, developed urinary blockage from crystals and eventually died after surgery. Our vet told us that all dry foods (not just the specific ones) contain high amounts of salts to make them tasty (except for some specific ones for the urinary system) and can cause serious problems to our beloved animals. Please, those of you who love your cats, observe if they are in pain during urination and then lick their organs persistently. We did not notice this and could not save our Cinnamon. Also, these side effects should be clearly stated in large letters on the packaging of these foods.
