Microsoft finally learned its lesson, with Windows 7 it did many things right, with Windows 8 it messed things up and now with Windows 10 it has reached new heights.
Quick, beautiful, and convenient, from where I had Rainmeter and Object Dock on Windows 7 to get my work done, now they are useless since I can have everything in the Start Menu tiles, which unlike Windows 8, take up only a small space without disconnecting you from the desktop.
And finally, a useful Task View, with Winkey+Tab it shows in order what you have open and not the circus that it had since Vista, which was practically useless.
Most of the changes are under the hood, of course, it utilizes modern hardware much better, for so many years with my Phenom II x6 I hadn't seen much action, now it seems that resource sharing has improved significantly and the use of cores has noticeably increased (with Windows 7, I could barely see 2 cores working, now I see the others working more).
Η Microsoft έμαθε μπαλίτσα επιτέλους, με τα 7 είχε κάνει πολλά σωστά πράγματα, με τα 8 μας τα χάλασε και τώρα με τα 10 απογειώθηκε.
Γρήγορα, όμορφα και βολικά, από εκεί που είχα rainmeter και object dock στα 7 για να κάνω την δουλειά μου, τώρα είναι άχρηστα αφού μπορώ να τα έχω όλα στο start menu tiles, που σε αντίθεση με τα windows 8 πιάνουν μόνο ένα μικρό χώρο χωρίς να σε αποκόπτουν από το desktop.
Και επιτέλους Task View της προκοπής, με winkey+tab βγάζει στην σειρά ότι έχετε ανοιχτό και όχι το τσίρκο που είχε από τα vista που ήταν πρακτικά άχρηστο.
Οι περισσότερες αλλαγές είναι κάτω από το καπό βέβαια, αξιοποιεί πολύ καλύτερα το μοντέρνο hardware, τόσα χρόνια με τον phenom II x6 που έχω δεν είχα δει πολύ δράση, τώρα φαίνεται ότι γίνεται πολύ καλύτερος διαμοιρασμός των πόρων και η χρήση των πυρήνων έχει ανέβει αισθητά (με win7 με το ζόρι θα έβλεπα να δουλεύουν 2 πυρήνες, τώρα βλέπω να παίζουν και οι άλλοι περισσότερο).
