Are you kidding me? Give it an award right now. I have had sinusitis for years, I've tried everything—medicines, sprays, saline solutions. I tried this yesterday on the third day of sinusitis, and it stopped my need to fill bags with tissues, it opens up your breathing in 1 second. It works even when you wake up with a completely blocked nose. I understand that this too can become addictive, but here we're talking about the only thing that made me feel human again so quickly.

I can't tell you about BIO Nowzen as that's what I ordered but I received the PLUS. For a herbal product, it is indeed effective even for people with medicated rhinitis like myself. Just like Otrivin, if you don't use it for a few hours, your nose gets blocked, dries out, and won't clear unless you repeat the dose. And of course, it lasts less than Otrivin, Ronal, etc.

I got it to replace Otrivin and it didn't disappoint me. It's a very good spray. It clears the nose quickly and the effect lasts. There were few times when it didn't last from the night to the morning. I would agree with a review I read... with prolonged use, over a month, I noticed that sometimes I felt my throat and nostrils dry. Nevertheless, it is herbal, economical, and gets the job done!

The truth is that I tried to replace Otrivin with a herbal product, and I let several days pass before sharing my opinion. Does it cause burning in the nose and throat? Yes, but with a little rubbing after use, it does go away. Does it clear congestion? Yes, but for a very short time. After 1-2 hours, the congestion returned stronger. During the day, it might work better, but at night I would wake up from the excessive congestion and would reapply, waiting another 5-10 minutes for it to take effect. Perhaps it might work for something mild, but for me, after a 15-day effort, it didn't suit me.

Guys, it is a very good choice. You spray as often as you want and it clears you up. If you also rinse with saline solution, you're all set in a natural way.

After trying almost everything, I can say that it is the best herbal decongestant! It clears the breathing in 2-3 minutes but has a short duration (for me, three to four hours). It is NOT ADDICTIVE and I say it with certainty because after 6 months of continuous use (one bottle per week), I stopped it overnight without any effort!
