I bought it with low expectations even though it claims to withstand up to 125W.
I would say it is small in size due to the 90MM fan.
It does not include a backplate for the motherboard. (It attaches directly to the existing socket.)

For its price, it's okay. I bought it for my brother and it cools down an A8 3870k at 3.5 GHz, with idle temperatures at 18 degrees and load temperatures at 50 degrees. It can also accommodate a second fan, but it doesn't come with the screws to attach it. Additionally, the package includes a 1g thermal paste.
