Dietary supplement with certified organic fenugreek, milk thistle, nettle, and fennel that contributes to the increase of breast milk and helps in establishing lactation.

Dosage

  • For women under 80 kg: 1 capsule 4 times a day
  • For women over 80 kg: 2 capsules 3 times a day. It is recommended to take it with a small amount of liquid.
  • For maximum effectiveness, avoid drinking liquids 15 minutes before and after each dose.

Precautions:

  • Consult your lactation consultant or doctor before taking it.
  • It is recommended to take it for at least 5 days and gradually discontinue it.
