I believe the best size (35cm bar) for semi-professional use, it cut an olive tree trunk with a diameter of 30cm with ease, it takes replacement chains with 52 links (I found a Kaiser for 8 euros, the original costs 15) instead of sitting and sharpening and sharpening, automatic lubrication, overall very satisfied

I had a Bosch for over 20 years. The switch broke and the spare part is no longer available, so I had to buy this B&D for 85€. There are instructions in Greek, but poorly translated, so if you don't have some technical knowledge you will find it difficult to assemble it. The second and last disadvantages are that the chain tightens with something like a screwdriver that comes with the machine and is recommended for loosening and tightening a black screw and not with the classic round mechanism.
The machine is relatively light, easy to use almost without vibrations, quite powerful and reliable. I cut about 3 tons of olives with diameters from 6 to 24 inches effortlessly with short breaks. Reasonable oil consumption and the machine did not heat up like the old one.
Okay, it's not a tool for lumberjacks, but for its money and for use 1-2 times a month for pruning and cutting wood, it is just right. I recommend it as ideal for amateurs and not only!

Comparison with gasoline of the same category, I will mention the following positives of the electric one:
    1) It starts with the pull of a trigger, you don't run out of gasoline, it doesn't like the spark plug, the cords get cut, the chain wears out....
    2) It barely heats up.. the gasoline one ends up burning hot after a little use, which doesn't help.. you end up wanting gloves, so to speak..
    3) The chain engages with the trigger and stops immediately as soon as you release it, regardless of the fact that you hear the motor continuing. This is important for personal safety and if you have a child that might dart out while you're working (#working dad phase) in contrast to gasoline which has a delay.
    4) Very important also for safety issues and generally, it is not as noisy... The gasoline one makes whoever wants to talk to you shout, you are exhausted after 10' of use and generally the situation is not pleasant.. Similarly to (3), it helps avoid accidents and also nerves...
    5) There is no acceleration time, the positive of electric motors classically.. Great torque from the start, meaning you can make more careful, more detailed cuts (in combination with (3)).
    6) It doesn't smell at all, you don't need spare parts stories etc., you cut neatly, gather the saw, go for a celebration, that's it.
    7) Normal consumption for chain lubrication oil and wear accordingly.

    Negatives:
    1) You need a power supply, I don't know how long it would last on battery, but its consumption seems high..
    2) Short cable, so I recommend when purchasing it, also getting a cable/reel, several meters long, because its cable is not even half...

Overall, after 1 month of use (3-4 times, pallets and small logs of oak and pine).. a pleasure to cut instead of a nerve-wracking experience like gasoline.. buy it without hesitation!

Update 17/05/2023 - With the aforementioned use, it's perfect, with only one drawback I noticed, during storage for about 1 month when I had it last, it loses a little oil from the front of the chain, so I suggest removing the oil if you plan to store it for a long period (e.g., summer).
Update 24/11/2023 - It still performs excellently and has cut every type of wood available and in large quantities. (We haven't changed the chain yet).
Update 08/10/2024 - We see no damage, cutting similarly to how I initially mentioned, pallets and small woods, we sharpened the chain once and eventually changed it, it was cutting even with the old one, but as soon as the new one was installed, I remembered why I loved it.
