Quite a hard ampoule, it requires pressure and good aim at the nostril to be effective. I wouldn't recommend it.

They do their job and they are cheap, but when it comes to babies and infants, because the plastic nipple has sharp corners, if you don't pay attention or if the baby/child moves abruptly, then their sensitive nose bleeds. By hand, someone can feel the plastic corners which I personally consider dangerous and a design flaw. There are ampoules from other brands that do not have such a problem. I would not buy them again.

The first time we bought it (last year) again the 40+20 pieces had a different design on the ampoule and the tip was softer, while this year they changed both the design and the tip is harder. They have changed the material of the ampoule and it is hard. Probably that's why it is one of the cheapest. It requires a lot of force to empty and the nozzle is sharp. I wouldn't use it on a baby.

I give one star for the new ampoule which hurts the nose. You have changed them for about a year now. They are more "sharp". The old ampoules had a more rounded tip and did not make the baby's nose bleed. I should also add that with the old ampoule, you would press it once and it would empty completely.
